The Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) are desirable. They must demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have a comprehensive understanding of risk management.
