Civil Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an experienced civil litigator to join our busy, well-respected boutique law firm in Mission Valley.

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- 5 or more years of heavy civil litigation experience
- California Bar License in good standing
- Experienced in pleading and motion writing; taking and defending depositions; attending mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences; and state or federal bench/jury trials, administrative hearings, or binding arbitrations
