EXECUTIVE GENERAL ADJUSTER JOB OVERVIEW:

The Weaver Adjustment Group is looking to hire a General Executive Adjuster to join our team and be a part of a fast growing and exciting company.

After we generate many of the leads, we visit areas of devastation. We meet with home and business owners and explain our services and how we can help them navigate through their claim, restoring their life and receiving what they are entitled to.

We are looking to hire a full time Executive General Adjuster. Some travel within Pennsylvania and surrounding areas may be required.

The Executive General Adjusters primary purpose is to oversee the entire claims process from start to finish for all our Public Adjusters. Traveling to the job site will be required when deemed necessary for inspections, site visits, etc. The Exectuive General Adjuster will report directly to our Public Adjusters.

Requirements
5+ years Adjusting experience with both residential and commercial losses.
Licensed Public Adjuster in the state of Pennsylvania, and additional states as necessary.
Proven ability to market directly to insurers, brokers and risk managers.
Superior ability to interpret complex coverage conditions and exclusions.
Superior report writing ability, and proven ability to analyze and present claim data to insurers in an organized and professional manner.
Experience with mediation/alternate dispute resolution, provision of evidence at discovery/trial, provision of sworn statement on claim related matter.
Ability to oversee and direct consultants, lawyers, forensic accountants and engineers, and other experts to ensure timely and effective claim resolution
Proficient in Xactimate
Traveling to job site
Able to manage themselves in high pressure situations
Willing to work hard
Able to be self-disciplined and complete all work on time
Meet and exceed all required deadlines
