Job Description: Insrance Sales & Service
Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
Pay: Starting at $20/hour + healthy commission structure
Were seeking a motivated and service-focused Insurance Sales & Service professional to join our Fort Collins team. This position is primarily service-oriented , with supplemental responsibilities in sales . The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people, highly organized, and driven to grow professionally in a team environment.
In this role, youll be the go-to support for existing policyholders while also working toward producing 1020 new items per month (home, auto, condo, etc.). If you're already licensed in Property & Casualty in Colorado , thats a huge plus. If not, were open to supporting you through the licensure process which typically takes about two weeks with dedicated study time.
