Pay: Starting at $20/hour + healthy commission structure

Overview

Were seeking a motivated and service-focused Insurance Sales & Service professional to join our Fort Collins team. This position is primarily service-oriented , with supplemental responsibilities in sales . The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people, highly organized, and driven to grow professionally in a team environment.

In this role, youll be the go-to support for existing policyholders while also working toward producing 1020 new items per month (home, auto, condo, etc.). If you're already licensed in Property & Casualty in Colorado , thats a huge plus. If not, were open to supporting you through the licensure process which typically takes about two weeks with dedicated study time.

Requirements
  • Licensing:

  • Preferred: Active Colorado Property & Casualty License

  • Not licensed yet? Were happy to discuss a clear path to licensure for the right candidate.

  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or sales is a plus.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • People Skills: Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Problem Solving: Able to understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

    • Client Service: Serve as a trusted resource for existing clients assisting with policy updates, questions, and day-to-day support.

    • Sales Support: Actively contribute to team goals by producing 1020 new items per month, tailored to client needs.

    • Policy Management: Handle renewals, modifications, and ensure accuracy in client files.

    • Client Communication: Deliver exceptional service by phone, email, and in-person, ensuring every client feels supported.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and consistent client satisfaction.
