Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2+ years of litigation experience , ideally in one or more of the following areas:

  • Casualty defense

  • Personal injury litigation

  • Product liability claims

  • Construction defect matters

  • Professional liability cases

  • Insurance defense and/or insurance coverage litigation

• A solid understanding of litigation procedures from inception to resolution

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• A strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach

• The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• A positive, team-focused attitude that thrives in a collaborative workplace

• A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (preferred)

• Active license to practice law in California (required)
