As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. Youll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.
Our ideal Customer Service Representative I candidate must be able to:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Education/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience requirements for this Customer Service Representative I:
Must be Bilingual in English/Spanish
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
Note: This role is an onsite role, must live in/near Kent, WA!

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
